This year we are homeschooling a first-grader and a fifth-grader.  Life is interesting to say the least.  I am hoping to provide some links to sites that have proved useful to our family.  I am also interested in learning disabilities as our fifth-grader was a preemie whose disabilities did not show up until fourth grade.  That was when the decision was made to get an educational therapy evaluation and then proceed with homeschooling.  His educational growth has been amazing.  I am a strong advocate for getting the appropriate education evaluations (the school evals are often cursory evaluations and miss many of the finer points of diagnosis that are invaluable).
